Donghoon Sohn is a South Korean artist born in Busan in 1973. He is the founder and designer of Atelier Sohn, a design studio based in Seoul. Sohn's work is based on the concept of 'hand' and 'craftsmanship' in Korean, and he finds points of contact between design thinking and object properties to present works that pursue sensory transition through newly defining the relationship between objects and users. Sohn has exhibited his work in various galleries and museums, including Google Arts & Culture and Side Gallery. He has also worked as an art director for the 2017 Winter season.
