Biography:

Elizaveta Konovalova is a Russian artist born in Moscow in 1986. She studied at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts de Paris, at the workshop of Jean-Luc Vilmouth. From 2014 to 2018, she was a resident at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris. In 2015, she won the Talent d'eau prize from the François Schneider Foundation. In 2017, she was a finalist for the SAM Prize for contemporary art at the Palais de Tokyo. Her work has been exhibited in various galleries and museums, including the Galerie Maubert in Paris and the Musée d'Art Moderne de Saint-Etienne Métropole. Konovalova's work often deals with the themes of memory, identity, and the passage of time. She uses various mediums, including sculpture, installation, and photography, to create immersive and thought-provoking works.
