Hubert Pareroultja is a senior Western Aranda-Luritja man who lives in his homeland, Kulpitharra / Luntharra outstation west of Hermannsburg (Ntaria). He has been painting landscape watercolours since he was a young boy, following in the footsteps of his father Reuben Pareroultja. Hubert is a winner of the prestigious 2020 Wynne prize for landscape painting at the Art Gallery of NSW. He is one of the custodians of his uncle Albert Namatjira’s vision of the West MacDonnell Ranges.
