Pavel Petrovich Phralov was a Russian artist born in St. Petersburg in 1782. He was known for his enamel works, including the icon cover and frame 'Riza' with Bogoliubskaya Mother of God and the Chosen Saints, which he created in 1815. Phralov died in 1860.
