Sunwoo Hoon is a South Korean webtoon artist. He made his debut with the work 'Damage Over Time' on the South Korean web portal Daum. In 2015, he received the Emerging Artist Award from the Korean Webtoon Association. He is best known for his work 'The Flat is Political'. He was born in Seoul, South Korea in 1989.
