Alice MacCarthy, also known as A. MacCarthy, was a British sculptor born in London in 1867. She was active during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. MacCarthy is best known for her sculpture 'Clara Butt as Orfeo in Gluck's Opera'. She died in 1953.
