Adriana Aranha is a Brazilian artist born in João Pessoa, Paraíba, Brazil in 1973. She moved to Recife - PE in 1989 and has been living in São Paulo - SP since 2004. Adriana graduated from Unicap with a degree in Law in 1999 and holds a postgraduate degree in Art History from FAAP (2006). She has participated in numerous exhibitions, including the 43rd Contemporary Salon Luiz Sacilotto in Santo André - SP - Brazil in 2015. Adriana won several awards and scholarships throughout her career, such as the Bolsa Pampulha scholarship in 2015/2016 and the prize for research and production in visual arts at the 48th Salão de Artes Plásticas de Pernambuco in Recife - PE - Brazil in 2012. She has also participated in international exhibitions, such as the Amerikan Kinetics-Latin American Video Collection in Mannheim - Germany in 2011.
