Fred Ramage was a British photographer born in Hull, England in 1900. He started taking pictures in 1917 at the age of 16 and worked for the Keystone Press Agency for many years. Ramage is known for his photographs of World War II, including images of refugees, soldiers, and the aftermath of the war. He also photographed famous figures such as Winston Churchill and Dwight D. Eisenhower. Ramage's work has been published in numerous publications, including TIME magazine and the National Gallery of Art. He died in 1981.
