Životopis:
Kaori Fujimoto is an essayist from the Tokyo area where she currently resides. Her work has appeared in The Common, Literary Hub, The Threepenny Review, Mslexia, and other literary journals and anthologies, and been listed as Notable in The Best American Essays. She started writing creatively after reading Carson McCullers' The Ballad of the Sad Cafe, which she found beautifully narrated. Fujimoto relocated from Hawaii to New Mexico with limited savings, following her intuition, and everything worked out magically. She writes in silence without listening to music while reading or writing.
