Manolo Belzunce is a Spanish painter born in Lorca, Spain in 1944. He studied at the School of Arts and Crafts of Murcia in 1961 and later worked as a publicist in Litografía Belkrom in Murcia. In 1968, he moved to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and worked as an illustrator graphic. He then returned to Murcia and traveled to Brussels to continue his formation as a painter. In the 1970s, he settled in Catalonia, Spain, where he lived for 22 years and formed definitively. During this period, he received several grants to further his education in different places. He was also cofounder of the Yerba group. Belzunce's exhibiting activity has been intense all over Europe, and he has participated in various solo and group exhibitions. His work includes paintings, collages, and other mediums.
