Mohammed Ahmed is a Canadian long-distance runner. He was born on January 5, 1991 in Saint Catharines, Canada. He is a three-time Olympian and has won several medals in international competitions, including a bronze medal in the 5000 meters at the 2019 World Championships and a silver medal in the 5000 meters at the 2021 Olympic Games. He is also a two-time silver medallist at the Commonwealth Games in the 5000m and 10,000m events and was the 2015 Pan American champion in the 10,000 m. He holds the eleventh-fastest 5000m time in history and has set several national and area records.
