Nikolay Kopeikin, also known as Nikolai Kopeikin, is a Russian artist born in St. Petersburg in 1966. He is best known for his paintings, which are characterized by a unique style that combines elements of surrealism, pop art, and satire. Kopeikin's works often depict everyday scenes and objects in a humorous and ironic way, challenging the viewer's perceptions and expectations. He has exhibited his art in numerous galleries and museums, including the Erarta Museum of Contemporary Art in St. Petersburg. In addition to his work as an artist, Kopeikin is also a musician and has been a member of the musical team of NOM, one of the most popular 'joke rock' acts in Russia, since 1999. He is also a founder of the creative association 'Art sect' KOLHUI.
