Oleksandr Pashenko was a Ukrainian artist. He was born on September 1, 1906, in Luka, Ukraine. He died on June 13, 1963, in Kyiv, Ukraine. Pashenko was a prominent figure in the Socialist Realism movement and was known for his printmaking works. He was also a teacher and had pupils such as Hryhorii Havrylenko. Some of his notable works include 'Fountain In May Day Park. Spring, 1949', 'Kremenchug HPP. Cranes on the overpass, 1959', 'Kyiv, right bank, ?', and 'Kyiv art museum, ?'.
