Rik Lina is a Dutch artist born in Holland in 1942. He studied painting and photography at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam between 1960 and 1965. In 1972 he joined the surrealist movement, which has greatly influenced his work. Lina's art is characterized by its bright colors, dynamic brush technique, and cosmopolitan orientation. He often incorporates elements of nature and mythology into his paintings, creating dreamlike scenes that invite viewers to explore their own subconscious.
