Dieses Panel wurde von Corrado de Mochis in der Mitte des 16. Jahrhunderts gemacht, basierend auf einem Cartoon von einem deutschen Meister. In aller Wahrscheinlichkeit wurde es ursprünglich für das große Apsisfenster V19 von Milan Duomo bestimmt, in dem die Geschichten des Neuen Testaments dargestellt werden. Das Gremium stellt die tragische Absetzung des toten Jesus Christus dar, der vom Kreuz in Gegenwart von Maria und den Zuschauern niedergebracht wird. Die Arbeit wird derzeit im Mailänder Dommuseum ausgestellt, in dem Raum, der den ältesten Glasfenstern gewidmet ist.
