Friedrich Johann Gottlieb Lieder was a German portrait painter and lithographer. He began his career at the age of 17 when he took part in the Berlin Academy Exhibition. He was known for his portraits of notable figures of his time, including Prince Klemens Wenzel Lothar von Metternich.
