Ignatius Sichelbart, also known as Ignaz Sichelbarth and Ai Qimeng, was a German Jesuit priest and artist born in Nejdek, Czech Republic in 1708. He is best known for his work as a painter at the court of the Chinese emperors. He participated in the series of chalcography, 'Les Conquêtes de l'empereur de la Chine'. He died in Beijing in 1780.
