Zbigniew Butryn is a Polish musician, instrument maker, and educator. He is the founder of the Biłgoraj Suka school and has been recognized for his contributions to traditional music with the Muzyka Źródeł award in 2021. Butryn is also known for his work as a lutnik-amator, having created over 100 instruments, including the biłgoraj ska. He has performed with various ensembles and has taught music workshops through his school.
