Biography:

Heather Englehart is an American artist and military officer. She was born in Washington, D.C., in 1977. Englehart served as a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army and was the first female commander of the 843rd Engineer Battalion. She is also known for her artwork, which includes paintings inspired by her military experiences. Englehart's painting 'Point of No Return' was created in 2004 using acrylic on canvas. She is currently an artist for the U.S. Army Center of Military History.
