Biography:
Amleto Montevecchi was an Italian artist born in Imola in 1878 and died in 1964. He studied Fine Arts in Bologna and taught in Imola for some time. He never quit the Academy’s rich milieux by attending courses and keeping in touch with the artistic environment of the city. He is known for his paintings and charcoal drawings, such as 'St. Teresa' (1905).
