Biography:

Anna Bochenek is a Polish artist born in 1987 in Toruń, Poland. She graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at UMK in Toruń, obtaining a diploma in painting in the studio of prof. Janusz Kaczmarski. She is currently a professor at the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz. Anna Bochenek's paintings are characterized by a fascination with the biology of nature, combining geometric discipline with spontaneous shaping of the picture space. She has exhibited her work in galleries, including Galeria Miejska BWA W Bydgoszcz. In 2014, she created a series of paintings titled 'Hereditas Signa'.
