Biography:

Arthur W. Higgins was a prolific sculptor, painter and printmaker. He spent much of his career in Alaska, where he completed more than forty public art commissions. He moved to Mosier, Oregon, in 1986. He was born in Seattle, United States in 1942 and died in 2011.
