Beverly Godfrey, also known as Beverly Bentley, was an American actress born in Los Angeles in 1930. She began her career during the Golden Age of Television in the 1950s and continued on stage and in film into the first decade of the 21st century. She was best known for her role as the Clampetts' maid, Elly May, in the popular television series The Beverly Hillbillies.
