Cecily Kathleen Carlyon was a British landscapist, active from 1916 to 1935. She was born in Exeter, United Kingdom, in 1891 and died in 1937. She is best known for her watercolor paintings depicting the English countryside, particularly the village of Newton St Cyres in Devon. Her works are part of the collection of the Royal Albert Memorial Museum & Art Gallery in Exeter.
