Claudio Galamini

Biography:

Claudio Galamini is an Italian-born photographer and artist. He was captivated by the designs and fonts decorating Berlin's U-Bahn stations, which inspired him to start a photographic project called 'Berlin Memories'. Galamini has lived in New York City for almost 10 years before moving to Berlin, where he began documenting every single U-Bahn station along with acquiring a following of people interested in the German city's subway archives. He believes that whoever lives or visits big cities has memories related to subway stations, and his project aims to capture the colorful and diverse designs of these stations.
