Biography:

Col. Gary N. Cassidy is an American artist known for his painting 'Plan Accordingly' created in 2002. He is a retired army colonel who served in Vietnam, the Persian Gulf, and peacekeeping efforts in Bosnia. He is also the author of 'A Soldier's Story: The Colonel Butch Cassidy Memoirs Volume I' and 'A Fisherman's Story: The Colonel Butch Cassidy Memoirs: Volume II'. He was commissioned as an Infantry Officer upon graduation from Officer Candidate School, Class 12-69, and served as a Tactical Officer for 51st Company, 5th Battalion, 11th Infantry, 5th Infantry Division. He was also a member of the OCS Alumni.
