Dan/Gegon, also known as Daniel A. Gagnon, is a Canadian artist born in Disraeli in 1983. He is known for his work in wood, specifically his creation of the 'Gegon/Dan Baboon Mask'. He later became a Belgian citizen in 2014. Dan/Gagnon is also a scholar, having written a biography of Rebecca Nurse, a victim of the Salem witch trials in 1692. He is currently based in Belgium.
