Biography:

Dayou Lu is a Chinese artist born in Nanjing in 1958. He is known for his ink paintings and calligraphy. He has been working on Chinese ink painting for nearly 50 years and is well-known for his Double Colored Water-ink Paintings. He is a member of the Chinese Artists Association (CAA), the Vice President of the Central Academy of Painting of the CDNCA, and the President of the Chinese Ink Painting Institute. He has exhibited his works in China and abroad, and his works are held in numerous private and public collections. He currently lives and works in Canada.
