Biography:

DeLoss McGraw is an American artist known for his whimsical gouache paintings. He was born in Okemah, Oklahoma in 1945. He migrated to California from Oklahoma in order to pursue his art career. He has been a pioneer in the art and poetry collaborative movement since the 1980s. His paintings are known for their colorful renditions of the written word and have been exhibited extensively throughout the United States and Europe. He currently lives and works in California.
