Denise Ferris, also known as Denise Ferri, is an American pop singer born in Belleville, New Jersey, in 1944. She is best known for being a member of the girl group The Delicates, formed in 1958 with Arleen Lanzotti and Peggy Santiglia. The group was formed while all three members were attending Elementary School No. Eight in Belleville, New Jersey. Ferris's career was influenced by the 'girl group era' and her most notable hit was 'My Boyfriend's Back' with The Angels, recorded when she was 18 years old.
