TU Pei-Shih, also known as Du Pei-Shih, is a Taiwanese artist born in Miaoli in 1981. She is a contemporary animation artist who uses stop motion, cutting, pasting, and collaging techniques to create her animated videos. Her work often explores political, economic, and social issues, and she is known for using jerky animated movements and fantasy-like versions of the real world to express her views. TU Pei-Shih has exhibited her work in galleries and museums around the world, including the American University Museum, the White Rabbit Collection in Sydney, and the National Museum of Art in Osaka.
