Biography:

Escalier de Cristal was a French company that produced decorative objects and furniture. It is known for its Limoges porcelain decorated with chinoiserie patterns. The company was founded by Camille Le Tallec in 1961 and acquired by Tiffany & Co in 1990. Escalier de Cristal's patterns are inspired by the French technical tradition of the 18th and 19th centuries, developed for the Sèvres porcelain. The company has preserved and created over 375 decorative patterns, some of which were especially created for Tiffany & Co.
