Biography:
Eugeniusz Frankowski (1884–1962) was a Polish archaeologist, ethnographer and ethnologist. He was born on November 21, 1884, in Siedlce, Poland. Frankowski studied at the University of Jagiellonian University, where he earned his Ph.D. in archaeology and anthropology. He later became a professor of ethnography and ethnology at the University of Warsaw and the University of Poznań. Frankowski was known for his work on Iberian studies and his research on the Kurpie people. He also wrote several books and articles on the subject of ethnography and anthropology.
