Farida El Gazzar is a Greek-Egyptian artist born in Alexandria, Egypt in 1975. She is currently based in Athens, Greece. From 2003 to 2007, she co-founded the creative team WARDA. Her ongoing relationship with the Middle East is a significant influence in her work.
