Biography:
Francisco Muros Úbeda was a Spanish painter belonging to the 19th century Granada school. He was a draftsman and honorary professor at the Granada school of fine arts. Due to his work and teaching, he achieved dominance in the field of local painting and projection at the national level. He is known for his works such as 'The decorations on the ceiling of the Calderón Theater in Motril', 'La desesperación de Judas' (gold medal of the Granada city council in the Corpus Christi festivities), 'Interior of the Hall of the Two Sisters', and others.
