Biography:

Gary Wiley was an American sculptor born in Wichita Falls, Texas. He received his BA in painting from the University of New Mexico and an MA in painting from Queens College, New York. In 1979, he moved to New York City where he began creating sculptures. His work 'Invaders' is a notable piece installed on the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) campus.
