Biography:

Sem, whose real name is Georges Goursat, was a French caricaturist born in Périgueux in 1863 and died in Paris in 1934. He was known for his caricatures and posters during the Belle Époque. He was the author of the artwork 'Robert Lowe Viscount Sherbrooke' in watercolor.
