Biography:

Georges Rossi, also known as G.I. Rossi, was born in Lyon, France in 1957. He grew up in the Parc de la Tête d'Or, where he developed a vivid imagination and a love for nature. Rossi studied in Milan and Paris, and became a painter, illustrator, and etcher. He is known for his anecdotal realism and his use of color. Rossi's work is part of the collection of the British Museum.
