Biography:

Getulio Alviani was born in Udine, Italy in 1939. He was an Italian painter based in Milan and is considered to be an important International Optical - kinetic artist. He is known for his work with Op art, a style of visual art that uses optical illusions. His most famous work is 'Superficie a testura vibratile' which is made of aluminium. He died in Milan in 2018.
