Bianco-Valente is an artistic duo composed of Giovanna Bianco and Pino Valente. They have been working together since 1994, focusing their research on the analysis of phenomena related to human relationships and the culture of communities. Their work often involves participatory practices and explores the values of existence and the emotions generated by human interactions. Bianco-Valente is one of the leading names in contemporary Italian art and has been exhibited in numerous institutions, including the Madre Museum in Naples, the Quadriennale di Roma, and the Romaeuropa Festival. They have also won several awards, including the Golden Lion at the Venice Biennale in 2011.
