Biography:

Giulia Cenci is an Italian artist born in 1988 in Cortona, Italy. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Den Bosch, Netherlands. She currently lives and works between Amsterdam and Tuscany. Cenci's work has been exhibited in various institutions, including the Museum of Modern Art in Frankfurt, the Hamburger Bahnhof Museum in Berlin, the Mudam in Luxembourg, and the Biennale Arte in Venice. She was awarded the Baloise Art Prize in 2019.
