Biography:
Giuseppe Fierino Lucchini (1907-2001) was an Italian painter. He moved to Goito at a young age and developed his own style, influenced by the landscapes of the Mincio and the plains. His paintings are characterized by a tenuous and reserved discourse that is very light and fairytale-like. He studied at the ISIA in Monza and later at the Accademia Cignaroli in Verona. Lucchini's work is considered chiarist in nature, and he is known for his ability to capture the beauty of the Italian countryside.
