Biography:

Hideki Kimura is a Japanese artist born in Kyoto in 1948. He is known for his work in the field of printmaking and painting. Kimura has exhibited his work in numerous international biennials and has received several awards for his work. He has been active since the 1970s and has had solo exhibitions in various galleries in Japan. Kimura's work is currently being shown at the National Museum of Modern Art in Kyoto. He is considered a leading contemporary printmaker and painter in Japan.
