Biography:
CHU Yin-Hua, also known as Hua Chunying, is a Chinese diplomat born in Jinghai County, Tianjin, Qing dynasty in 1970. She has been serving as Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of China since 2024 and spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2012. She is a member of the CPC Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a practitioner of the martial art mizongyi. She is best known for her role as a loyal member of the team that reached the summit of Everest in 1960.
