Ioana Corduneanu, also known as Ioana Corduneanu Revolving, is a Romanian artist. She is the founder of the project Sewn Signs, or 'Semne Cusute', which revolves around the Romanian traditional shirt known as 'cămașa cu altiță'. The project, initiated in 2012, advocates for the preservation of traditional Romanian crafts and culture. Ioana Corduneanu is an architect and the creator of the largest online community of people passionate about Romanian embroidery. She has been interviewed by several Romanian media outlets and has been recognized for her work in preserving and promoting Romanian cultural heritage.
