Biography:

Jasper Morrison is a leading British designer, best known for his work in furniture, lighting, tableware and everyday products. Born in London in 1959, he studied design at Kingston Polytechnic, the Royal College of Art and Berlin’s HdK. He is known for the refinement and apparent simplicity of his designs, with the belief that 'Objects should never shout.' He has received numerous awards for his work, including the title of Royal Designer for Industry in 2001 and the Good Design Award in 2020. He is also a Commander of the Order of the British Empire.
