Biography:

Jerome D. Silberstein was an American lawyer and trial attorney. He was the owner of Silberstein, Awad & Miklos and won several record-setting verdicts throughout his career. Some of his notable cases include the 'Personal Best' case against Dr. Dumbroff in 1986 and a $35 million verdict against a hospital and pediatric neurology in 2002. He was also a trial lawyer for the Public Service Mutual Insurance Company and never lost a single case in a ten-year time frame. Silberstein graduated from Brooklyn Law in 1950 and represented several notable clients, including The Dental Society. He passed away on February 20, 2005.
