Biography:

Jiha Moon is a contemporary artist born in Daegu, South Korea in 1973. She focuses on painting, printmaking, and sculptural ceramic objects. Moon is currently based in Tallahassee, Florida, after years of living and working in Atlanta, Georgia. She joined Florida State University's Art department faculty in the fall of 2023. Moon was awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship in 2023.
