Biography:

Jon Isherwood is a British sculptor born in London in 1953. He studied at the Central School of Art and Design in London and at the Hochschule der Künste in Berlin. Isherwood is known for his abstract sculptures, often made of marble or limestone, which explore the relationship between form and space. He has exhibited his work in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Europe and the United States, and his work is held in public and private collections around the world. Isherwood has also taught sculpture at several institutions, including the Royal College of Art in London and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He currently lives and works in New York City.
