Biography:

Juan Hector Ponce is a self-taught artist from El Salvador who has been living in Los Angeles for about 10 years. He is primarily a commercial sign painter, but he also creates a wide variety of cultural and commercial murals. He came to Los Angeles from El Salvador with a background in commercial illustration. One of his most famous works is the mural 'Los Angeles Teachers'.
